Commercial Hotel Motel Lithgow

It is very basic. The rooms are small and even though there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed it would be extremely crowded with 3 people occupying the room. There is no air conditioning so good luck in summer. The hotel/motel is right next to the main road,so the road traffic is non-stop and very loud. The main western rail corridor is next to the hotel and that adds to the ambience of the stay.If you are a light sleeper find somewhere else to stay. What drew me to this place is the price because for some reason Lithgow stays are very expensive. I stayed 3 nights. If I come back again it won't be more than 1 night.

The noise.

The motel is just a basic motel. Don't expect anything more than that, and everything will be fine. The rooms were a good size, the room was clean, and the room was neatly presented.

The motel is just a basic motel. No air conditioning was a bit of a disappointment, but didn't make too much difference given the time of year of my stay (October). The rooms DO have a heater, for colder months. The road traffic can be a bit noisy, being located near a major intersection on the main road through Lithgow.

Central location and the in-house dining.

Nothing

Bed was comfortable

Traffic noise with current Victoria Pass diversion were horrendous making it difficult to sleep
