New apartments with spacious rooms. Good view on the ocean and La Gomera island. Nice balcony with a table and a sofa. Modern TV with Smart TV. Fast Wi-Fi. The hostess spoke our native language.

1. Hostess was late (1 hour late). Basically customer orientation = almost zero 2. Wi-Fi was not working for more than 1 day since check-in (and hostess sent us messages via WhatsUp during that time despite that we asked her to send SMS!) 3. Water valve in the kitchen works only in 2 modes: off/full on 4. Hostess does not know the words like "sorry" and "please" (despite p. 1-3)

We stay in these apartments once or twice a year, so we know the apartments and area, but we were very disappointed that the pool area was closed due to refurbishment and that we were not told this on booking, as it had apparently been closed since October and will not reopen until March, the owner of the apartment should of told us before we booked and we would of stayed elsewhere. Also when looking at the photos of the apartment it was showing several different apartments and we thought our apartment was showing a sea view and it was at the back facing rocks. We were very disappointed. The rental for that apartment is far too high, we normally rent an apartment for £250.00 per week a one bedroom same size and that has a much better view. We think they are charging far too much even with there fee it should at the most be £300 per week, how can they justify what they are charging?

When we arrived I had a problem getting hold of the agent, eventually I contacted her and then we had to wait for about ten minutes for her to arrive to take us to apartment. She was gone before we had chance to look around. Then we realised there was no kettle, she did cone back with a new kettle within a few hours. Then later that day we realised there was no toaster and she was a bit annoyed that we had not said when she got the kettle, but she did bring within 48 hours, but we would of thought that these items would be in the apartment as standard basic items, so we could not understand that they were not in there already. There were no descent glasses, they were all very small. Minimum crockery and cutlery. The apartment was very dated and dark needs brightening up and updating. Also it states on the description that it has FREE WiFi, there was no WiFi and the television is in Spanish,no English television. They need to change the pictures on the booking page to show only that apartment so people know exactly what they are booking. We were very disappointed and especially not being able to sit by the pool was very annoying and ruined our whole stay, that is why we go on holiday to relax and chill from our busy lives, there was also no sun on the balcony, so to get some sun we had to go out all the time. We would not rent this apartment again and I think that they need to review there charges.
