- Excellent location in the old town of Rovinj, making it convenient to explore the city on foot.
- The apartment has many useful facilities, including a washing machine, kitchen equipment, air conditioning, and other amenities.
- The apartment was managed by the agency, and their communication was excellent. They were very helpful, responsive, and acted as a good bridge between us and the owner throughout our stay.
- When we reported the bathroom smell issue, the agency arranged for someone to check it quickly, and the issue was resolved.
- We also informed them about an accidentally broken candle holder, and they responded very kindly and understandingly without making it a problem
The layout of the apartment was not clearly explained in the listing. The apartment is spread over three floors, which was inconvenient for us as a family with a small child. The bedroom, living area, and shower are located on different levels, requiring frequent use of stairs during our stay.
- The listing mentioned that upper floors are accessible by stairs only, but it did not clearly indicate that the accommodation is arranged across three separate levels.
- The dishwasher was not working during our stay. The agency checked the issue quickly, but it could not be fixed during our visit.

Nemamo posebnih zamerki. Sve je bilo u redu i boravak je ispunio naša očekivanja.

"Felt at home in the middle of Rovinj!
I stayed at Villa Montalbano for a few days over Easter with my boyfriend, and I absolutely loved it.
What I liked most was the decoration of the house. Eve..."
