Staff was accused of losing their key when that was not correct. After a long day of travelling from Gauteng and also working they had to sit in front of a locked gate for 1hr 30min waiting for the responsible person to come open for them
I also was on the phone with this person who appeared to be intoxicated and was extremely rude in blaming my staff and taking no accountability
There was no water 80% of the time, yes, we were told about water restrictions but only after we booked and paid and arrived on the premisses was this brought to our attention.
This was a horrible experience and when the period we paid for ended, I moved my guys to a entity that was much more organized.
My staff constantly complained about the facilities and then decided to abandon the site and leave to come back to Gauteng, meaning we as management were faced with many challenges daily unnecessary. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone ever.
What a horrible experience. Bookings.com should maybe investigate as this also affected my impression about the facilities you onboard. This was the second extremely bad experience with booking through your website and the previous experience a refund was not allowed, meaning we lost money having to book alternative accommodation.
Contact me regarding that, I will gladly send the video of how the facility looked vs what was advertised, this was completely false and misleading and we paid and no refund was even concidered
