La situation géographique. Le lieu est magnifique et à proximité des sites exceptionnels (Pise Lucca Carrare).
Cinzia est très accueillante et réactive.
Le logement est situé au dessus d’un restaurant qui reçoit beaucoup de monde les week-ends. Ce qui entraîne du bruit tard le soir et des odeurs.
Il manque également quelques équipements pour la cuisine.

Cinzia è un host molto gentile e disponibile.
La casa era pulita, comoda e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario e spaziosa. Posizione strategica per visitare diverse parti della zona!
Essendo sopra un ristorante c’era veramente tanto rumore fino a dopo mezzanotte, tenendo la finestra aperta per il caldo era molto difficile addormentarsi

Gute Ausstattung, Privater Parkplatz, Ruhige Gegend
Abend sehr laut bis 24:00 da unten im Haus ein Restaurant ist. Es wird jeden Abend gegrillt, man kann Abends nicht lüften wegen dem Rauch des Grills

Sehr freundlich, sauber, schönes Haus, aufmerksam
Uns war nicht klar, dass die Wohnung über einem Restaurant mit Grillbetrieb über den gesamten Tag bis tief in die Nacht gelegen ist.
Das Schlafsofa ist sehr durchgelegen, das “Kinderzimmer” hat kein Fenster
