great time in lovely city and the apartment was everything we needed

close to old town, very modern and clean. excellent bathroom. 2nd time i have stayed here

not related to the apartment itself...but for awareness the roads outside are being rebuilt so lots of noise and barriers for the pavements which are being worked on. again no reflection on the apartment itself.

9 / 10

Excellent location a few finer details could be improved

Just over the bridge from the old town. Large supermarket underneath. All the pictures were accurate and fittings were comfortable. As described.

No balcony furniture to sit and have a coffee in morning or beer in evening. The intercom stopped working so got locked out as only one key. Should include a description of how to find the bin store.

Horrible experince

For the review, I’d keep it factual and specific rather than mentioning the credit-card dispute. That makes the review more credible and harder for the property to challenge or have removed. If this is the “What didn’t you like?” section, I’d write: The location was really the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not match what was represented in our booking confirmation. Our confirmation showed air conditioning and a washing machine, yet there was no air conditioning available in the apartment and the washing machine was broken and unusable. The handle was damaged, and at one point our belongings became trapped inside and a technician had to come to manually open the machine. The bed was also advertised as a queen-size bed, but the bed provided was a full-size bed. Cleanliness was another issue. There was a significant amount of dust and dirt underneath the bed, and overall the apartment was not as clean as I would expect from a professionally managed accommodation. There were also very low-hanging lamps positioned in a way that caused us to repeatedly hit our heads on them. Most disappointing was how our concerns were handled. We contacted the property regarding these issues during our stay, but we were ultimately told that there was nothing they could do. The property later claimed that air conditioning and a washing machine were not included with our apartment, despite these amenities appearing in the booking documentation we received. Based on the condition of the apartment, the discrepancy between what we booked and what we actually received, and the way our concerns were handled, I would not stay here again.

For “What didn’t you like about your stay?”, I would make it direct and focused on the actual problems: The apartment did not match what was represented in our booking confirmation. Our confirmation showed air conditioning and a washing machine, but the apartment had no air conditioning and the washing machine was broken and unusable. The damaged handle eventually resulted in our belongings becoming trapped inside, requiring a technician to manually open the machine. The bed was also supposed to be a queen-size bed but was actually a full-size bed. The apartment was not properly cleaned, with a significant amount of dust and dirt underneath the bed. In addition, the hanging lamps were positioned extremely low, causing us to repeatedly hit our heads on them. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the response from the property when we raised these concerns. Rather than resolving the discrepancies, they later claimed that certain amenities shown in our booking documentation were not included with our apartment. Overall, what we received was not consistent with what we booked and paid for, and the problems were not handled satisfactorily.

Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie jasne I świetnie wyposazone.
