We feel the property description was misleading and did not accurately reflect the accommodation
Unfortunately, our experience did not match the description advertised on Booking.com and fell significantly below our expectations.Location and Sea Views-The property was advertised as offering - direct beachfront access withstunning sea views. Our Experience: The villa is not beachfront. The beach was approximately a 5-to-8-minute walkaway through the resort grounds and leisure facilities. There were no sea views from the villa. The only view from the terrace was of neighbouring properties and terraces.Accommodation-While the villa offered three bedrooms and three bathrooms, several issuesaffected our comfort and enjoyment: - We had to cut short our holidays arrived on 2nd and left on the 4th. Had to relocate and incurr additional cost. Restaurant and Food Facilities-The property advertises a family-friendly restaurant, coffee shopand on-site minimarket. Our Experience: The restaurant was disappointing, with a very limited menu and littleatmosphere. The dining area consisted of a basic covered courtyard, and the covering was torn and in poor condition. There was no identifiable coffee shop on site. The minimarket was poorly stocked and lacked essentials including fresh milk, fruit, vegetables and meat. The refrigerator in the minimarket was dirty, with spilled yoghurt remaining on the shelves Leisure and Recreation Facilities -Many leisure activities and facilities advertised either could not be located or were unavailable -A tennis court was present, however, there was nowhere onsite to hire tennis rackets or tennis balls; Cycling-no bicycles were available for hire despite cycling being advertised; walking tours and activities, no information was available regarding walking tours, hiking routes or other advertised recreational activities.Staff in the administration office were unable to provide information about many of the facilitieslisted.Swimming Pool- Guests were not permitted to sit around the pool area; no sun loungers, seating or poolsiderelaxation faciliti
