El departamento se encuentra a dos cuadras de la playa y del paseo costero. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una grata estadía y muy bueno el aire acondicionado central.

Location was fine, once we had several issues addressed the property was okay but expensive compared to similar apartments in the area.
We arrived late at night to find the lounge curtains handing off the rails, One of the bedroom windows did not have a black out blind and was covered by a bin Liner held in place by tape, The sofa supports were broken and therefore were unsupportive - narrowly avoided an issue with hot tea when my wife sat on the sofa, and the LED backlight of the bathroom mirror above the sink had fallen down exposing the electrics. The kitchen was not 'well equipped' despite the accommodation description which is incorrect e.g. no bath and yes has a safe but no key to open it (that was at the Management Agency's office in Mallorca and was never provided despite our requesting it.
The curtains were 'fixed', the bin liners removed from the window with a promise of a roller bling (which never materialised) and the LED light was put back in place. (It fell down again a few days later and was not addressed even though we notified the agency), and the sofa supports were repaired. We went an bought a few kitchen items e.g. spatula, which we left for future guests.
Generally, our feeling is that the accommodation was over priced - the standard of the accommodation was not what we expected for the cost when compared to other local accommodation we have used and the décor felt a bit 'tired'.
We put up with the accommodation but would think twice before booking it in future.
