The property was so beautiful and everything was as described- not only that, but there were labels and detailed instructions throughout the whole space making the experience itself so easy and stress-free. There are so many options of things to do to occupy your time, and Dave and Gloria are great hosts. You definitely don’t want to miss out on booking this space for a peaceful getaway/retreat!

Fantastic property and hosts. The unit was clean and well thought out. The hosts provided anything you can think of in terms of information, signage, instructions, and travel essentials you may need all perfectly thought out and at your fingertips. I can’t recommend highly enough. Wil definitely return again for more fun in the sun!

Old bedroom mattress was easy to sink deep into with no support (I weigh 170lbs), The pull out bed mattress would be for kids as far as comfort. The bathroom is only accessible from inside the bedroom so kids would be waking you up in the middle of the night as they passed through your room to get to the bathroom. Never saw AC in the unit for hot summer nights. The Property has the owner's personal home they stay in that is between the guest house and the access to backyard and river. No river view from guesthouse. Owners stayed at the property while visiting- so not entirely private or secluded feeling. Does have a BBQ- but grilling view is the guesthouse and not of backyard/river. Owners were super friendly and property was clean. Highlight is the yard and river access but you must walk around the side of owner's personal house to access about 20 yards-ish.
