The location was great. The room was big and lovely and spotlessly clean. The communal area and breakfast were great. Check in was easy. The staff were lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.
The Naples marathon was on the day we left. The staff weren't particularly helpful in getting us to the airport. We'd asked for a taxi and they didn't tell us the roads were closed until the last minute when they just said "we'll try later!" We ended up dragging 2 heavy cases and a 3 year old to the station and getting a taxi from there or we would have missed our flight!

Room was nice and clean and location was good.
Two single beds but when I booked room my verification shows one double bed so was disappointing.

Property was clean and comfortable
Too much noise
Very hard to check in as it's basically virtual . Coming late at night was difficult. Some staff were great but some not so good . We were told we could have coffee in the reception area anytime and then some staff said no until after breakfast had finished. No coffee or tea provided in the room. Overall disappointing
