軽井沢駅周辺や旧軽井沢へのアクセスが最高でした。
残念なのは、お客さんのモラルです。
22:00過ぎくらいに、1階のピアノを弾きだして歌をうたっていました。
流石に、お客さんに注意をしてやめていただきました。
親と子供がいたのですが、ちょっと残念に思いました。

The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s not too far from the station, but not too close either, which makes the area nice and quiet. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, so it’s easy to buy food and other essentials.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my stay, the host, who is also the guesthouse owner, played the violin and piano beautifully during breakfast and chatted with us. It made my stay feel very special and memorable.
The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they were very clean. My room was spacious, with two beds and a sofa, and I found it very comfortable.
The location is also convenient, as you can easily walk to the outlet mall nearby for shopping and meals.
Overall, I feel this was one of the best-value stays I’ve had in Karuizawa. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. 100% recommended!

No lunch or dinner when unable to go out. Far from the shops and restaurants without a car.

立地がまあまあだった
雲場池まではレンタサイクルで10分ちょっと
朝食時ピアノの生演奏を披露してくれた
ペンションタイプなので、1階、２階ともトイレが1つ
お風呂は家庭のユニットバスで、入浴を予約する必要がある
チェックイン時、事前に朝食には卵、ウインナー等は無いとのこと、生サラダとパンとコーヒー、ヨーグルト等の簡易なもの(年寄りなので量はそれで充分だったが)
