Staff are welcoming and plentiful. Nice pool. Nicely located to Moshi so I used it pre and post Kilimanjaro summit. WiFi throughout.
Nothing much really. It was coming to the end of the season so my rooms needed a bit of freshening up. Gym equipment was dated with many machines unavailable.

Beautiful surroundings, pool and garden. Cozy bar staff very nice and professional. Special thank you to the friendly director. She is always trying to help and find a solution.

Location was good. Beautiful grounds and nice pool. The bathroom was amazing. Absolutely huge. Comfortable beds.
We were upgraded to a much bigger room, but I don’t feel that the room was quite finished. The door on the bathroom did not close and needs some attention.
Whilst they had a rail for clothes, there were no cupboards. So probably needs a cupboard with drawers. So storage needs to improve.Staff friendly but the waiting time for food in the evening was a bit long.

I liked the environment, the garden with the flowers. It’s a great place to have rest and be in peace.
The facilities are old and some things don’t feel like clean enough for the category of the place: sunbeds, pillows. Rooms with little light.
What I didn’t like also is that when my friend couldn’t come because her grandfather passed away, there was ZERO help to at least move one booking to another day so I pay for anyways but I can use it. The staff and customer care is pretty cold
