Neat rooms, Proximity to Victoria Falls and friendly staff.
Very bare amenities especially for the price. No fridge or irons in rooms. No gym or exercise facilities.

Nice room, grounds were great
Paid for dinner in price of booking but had to argue with resort to ensure it was honoured. In the end it did work out.

Breakfast, service, amenities, activities offered by the hotel
Food could be better and should introduce some African/Zimbabwe dishes on the menu
Helicopter noise all day if spending day at the hotel
Biggest issue is charging 3% 'credit card fees' on top of the FINAL price on booking.com and all other activities booked directly with the hotel on already expensive prices for what's on offer
