The Location was good.

I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone arriving later in the evening. We had a three-night reservation and arrived late due to a flight delay. Even though our reservation was fully paid and active, when we arrived at the property, we were unable to access the apartment because the access code had been deactivated. We tried to contact the host but received no response. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and we were left in the middle of the night with nowhere to sleep in a city we were visiting as tourists. We had no choice but to search for a hotel at the last minute and pay for another accommodation ourselves. The situation was extremely stressful. I spent most of the night awake trying to solve a problem that should never have happened in the first place. Because of the lack of sleep and everything we went through that night, we also lost almost an entire day of our trip to Lisbon. The following morning, we were finally able to contact the host and access the apartment. However, that does not change the fact that we paid for a night that we were unable to use through no fault of our own. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the lack of support afterward. Booking.com told me they would get back to me within 24 hours regarding the situation, but I never received the promised response. Travelers should be able to trust that a confirmed and paid accommodation will actually be accessible when they arrive. Being left without a place to sleep in the middle of the night, while traveling with elderly parents, was unacceptable and turned what should have been a wonderful part of our trip into an extremely stressful experience. I am sharing this so that future guests are aware of what happened to us before deciding to book this property.

Location was amazing!! Bedrooms are small, but that’s normal for Europe. Honestly, the property was quaint and they took amazing care of us.
