A frustrating and disappointing stay with poor facilities, inconvenient check-in, confusing parking,

I loved the view & spaces big which was exactly what I expected

I’m very disappointed with my stay due to several issues that made the entire experience frustrating and inconvenient. First, our room did not have Netflix, even though other rooms did. The process of getting the keys also took far too long, and finding the car park was a terrible experience because the instructions were not user-friendly at all. On top of that, the lift took an unnecessarily long time. The swimming pool situation was also frustrating. We were not allowed to enter because we were wearing T-shirts, even though I had already repeatedly explained that we had proper swimming attire. This was unfair and very disappointing. What makes it worse is that check-in took almost an hour, yet we were still expected to check out early. How is that fair to guests who have paid for their stay? We ended up wasting our valuable time and money dealing with these inconveniences instead of enjoying our stay. Overall, the experience was poorly managed and far below my expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the check-in process, parking instructions, facilities, and communication with guests. Guests deserve a smooth and enjoyable stay, not unnecessary stress and wasted time.

It was amazing stay at this property

Rooms are huge for a family of 5-6 with kids, possibility to cook your own food if you like. It has infinity swimming pool at the top floor with view to KL tower and also to petronas tower.

Verschrikkelijk, nooit meer!

Niks was goed!

Very disappointing experience. We had to leave after only one night due to serious hygiene problems, including moldy smells, dirty bedding, stained furniture and numerous insects. Despite changing rooms and a promised deep cleaning, the problems remained. The property eventually admitted they could not provide us with a clean and hygienic room. We were offered another apartment for approximately €300 extra, while we had already paid for our stay. We left because there was no suitable hygienic alternative, yet we are now also being denied a refund for the unused nights. We have photos and videos documenting everything. We would not recommend this property.
