Good location. Near Zinzer is a plus.

Good Wifi, Excellent Shower. AC worked fair. Clean and Comfy overall. Washing Machine a very nice plus. Refrigerator very Cold.

Perhaps slightly cooler AC but it was adequate.

Very good

Staff were very helpful and polite ! Very quiet for central part of city. Restaurants nearby and late night store for foods and other essential items. Many other shops for gifts clothing shoes and banks are all nearby also. Would use again.

Booking.com demanded compensation. Dmitry refused. Booking offered me some cash. Carefully decide.

Location

Every other thing. Bed was hard, injured my healing shoulder doing sleep. Hard to sit on. Mattress had collapsed. they refused to timely fix or replace. They lied and said they would provide me with another apartment: They also lied about that. Then they said ok you will have a replacement apartment in 3 days upon check out. Upon the 2nd day of the 3, I asked to see one of 2. They refused to allow me to see. The morning of the 3rd day, when I was to check out they sent me this: Good day. Well, we already have the latest news on the apartment Spasskaya 48/27. Unfortunately, I have to tell you the following news: 1) repair work in the entrance of the house where apartment number 27 is currently not finished, the approximate duration of the repair work is 2 weeks 2) water-supply for this period is disabled there. 3) accordingly, we can not yet give you an apartment Spasskaya 48/27 4) therefore, you need to decide on further residence in this apartment Sobornaya12 and give us an answer soon about your further actions: - or you leave the apartment at 12.00 today (according to the completion of the length of paid accommodation) - or you may wish to extend your stay here at Sobornaya12 - then you need to pay today at the rate of 620 UAH per day 5) if you decide to extend your stay at Sobornaya12 - then we will decide on the mattress in the very near future (we will restore the mattress or replace it) Waiting for an answer as soon as possible, please let me know your decision. Regards! Dmitry & Victoria. These deceptions are the same that had me homeless for 2 weeks waiting on them to give me an apartment. Every Time I was to move in; they would say, oh there is a problem, you cannot move. I did go by this apartment and the work they claimed, we could see no evidence of any such work. In a N.A.T.O сountry, this type of behavior would likely not be tolerated. For 28 hours I had no water. Bathe in bottle water under the sink.
