A unique property classic for Matera , with rooms in the cave style, service and interaction with staff was outstanding and the personal nature added to the experience. Highly recommend this property.
Bathroom was open without formal door or curtain

Beautiful, clean, great location staff was very accommodating with any request
The property was beautiful however I did not like there was no bathroom door and since we had a family room, it was open

This is a beautiful hotel in a central location. The room was well designed and had lovely bathroom products. The view from our room on the balcony was truly spectacular.
The room was a little warm, the air-conditioning doesn't go too low and the bathroom was always very warm as if heating was on in that room.

Location and view great. Breakfast amazing
Room unbearably hot, air con very poor. Even with 2 fans it was not comfortable.
