Very nice place to stay! Convenient to Pesaro, very quiet, pretty surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of options plus drinks to purchase at any time. Staff were nice.

Adoro questo posto, ci torno ogni volta che devo viaggiare per lavoro. Tutto perfetto, staff, camera, pulizie, bagno, colazione, posizione e vista camera.

Tutto molto bello, struttura caratteristica e curata. Atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. Colazione eccellente. Personale particolarmente gentile e disponibile. Tre cagnolini simpaticissimi.
Unico piccolo difetto il condizionatore era un pò rumoroso.

The owner was really friendly and the house was at a beautiful location in the hills. The room was basic but not too small. The bed was good, the swimming pool was nice (salty water). Breakfast was good, but not as it looks in the pictures (I guess because of covid). There was a ranch on the same domain, which was nice.
Unfortunately, our room was really noisy, we heard everything from the bathroom in the room next to ours, so much that we were woken up multiple times during the night. We stayed for 3 nights, and slept really bad each night. It's surprising that this was not mentioned in the reviews before. The bathroom could use a good cleaning, they clearly forgot to clean the sink and faucet, the mirror was also dirty. I had the feeling there was not much attention for the covid situation. Except for some bottles of disinfection, almost no one was wearing a mask, not even the owner herself. This gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Overall: it was okay, but I would not come back.
