I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible team.

AMAZING HOTEL!!
the location was in the middle of the city but also really quiet. we got upgraded to a better room which was so nice of them - the room was spacious, clean, the bed was SO comfortable, the bathroom was also spacious and clean and they even provided mosquito repellent!!
An and Thắm from reception were absolutely THE BEST!!! the sweetest girls that helped us with everything: getting around town, getting a doctor when we needed also just being so kind and welcoming.
truly the best hotel we’ve been to in vietnam would absolutely recommend staying here 🩷

The hotel is just perfect. Room is large and bright, and the location is perfect also, at the entrance of the historical city.
The best was Julie and An as they were very good professional. Both of them welcomed us perfectly and acted like true concierge. Any request and recommendation we needed, we asked them on WhatsApp and we received immediate response. Once again, they were true professionals : warm, smiling, and really helpful.

I had such a lovely stay at First Hoi Anese Center Hotel Cultural Experiential Hotel. What made it special wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people and all the experiences that came with it.
As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how warmly I was welcomed and how the team checked in on me throughout my stay.
The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I slept really well, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot and humid weather outside. Breakfast was very tasty, and the location was great, just a short walk from the Old Town, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
A special mention to An and Julie, who were absolutely fantastic! They helped me organise so many things during my stay that I honestly lost count. From day trips to Ba Na Hills and the Marble Mountains to tickets for the Bamboo Circus show, taxis and my transfer to Da Nang Airport, they helped with everything. They were so accommodating, patient and kind, and made organising my activities incredibly easy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
I also loved the cultural activities offered by the hotel. I arrived early and joined the free walking tour with Cindy, which was a lovely introduction to Hoi An and its history. I later attended the complimentary history talk with Ivy, who was so interesting and engaging. I learned a great deal about Vietnam’s 20th-century history, and it gave me a much deeper understanding of the country. These experiences were a real highlight of my stay.
I also thought the hotel offered great value for money, especially considering the location, the comfortable room, the cultural activities and, above all, the level of service.
Thank you to An, Julie, Cindy, Ivy and the entire team for making my time in Hoi An so enjoyable. Everyone contributed in their own way, and the warmth and care I received genuinely made my trip better.
