Una experiencia que no repetiríamos.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy negativa. Meses antes de la llegada solicitamos un cambio en la hora del check-in y nunca obtuvimos respuesta. Durante toda la estancia la comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy deficiente: nunca respondió a nuestras llamadas y, por WhatsApp, tardaba mucho en contestar incluso ante incidencias urgentes. Al llegar comprobamos que no había suficientes toallas para el uso diario. Además, desde el primer día la bomba del baño emitía un ruido muy fuerte y constante, un problema que ya había sido mencionado por otros huéspedes meses antes y que, según la propia anfitriona, nunca se había reparado. Pocos días después el baño quedó completamente inutilizable durante dos días, impidiéndonos usar el inodoro y la ducha con normalidad. En lugar de ofrecernos una solución rápida, la conversación pasó a centrarse en reclamarnos el coste de la avería, llegando incluso a indicarnos que enviarían a una persona para cobrarnos si no pagábamos. Esta situación nos hizo sentir amenazados e inseguros. El propio fontanero nos mostró que las tuberías y el compartimento de la bomba presentaban un importante deterioro por óxido y desgaste, evidenciando que no se trataba de un problema reciente. Ante la falta de una solución adecuada, nos vimos obligados a alquilar otro apartamento para terminar nuestras vacaciones, asumiendo un gasto adicional. Únicamente reclamamos la devolución del importe correspondiente a los días en los que no pudimos disfrutar del alojamiento, sin haber recibido ninguna compensación. Además, la piscina carecía de un sistema para retirar la suciedad acumulada.Cada mañana aparecía con insectos y otros restos, y solo había una pastilla de cloro, sin ningún utensilio para mantener el agua en condiciones.En definitiva, la falta de mantenimiento, la deficiente comunicación y la ausencia de una solución eficaz ante una incidencia tan grave hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy insatisfactoria, por lo que no podemos recomendarlo

Wohnung ist grosszügig und bequem zum Erreichen. Es hat auch Fitnessgeräte und einen kleinen Pool, was wir allerdings nicht benutzten (Pool 17 Grad). Küche und Bad sauber und ansprechend.

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss mit wenig Aussicht. Im November am Sitzplatz keine Sonne. Einige Dinge sollten dringend repariert werden, u.a. Duschenbefestigung und Küchenablauf. Der Töggelikasten ist falsch herum montiert, man kann damit eigentlich nicht spielen.

Bardzo mili gospodarze mieszkający w tym samym budynku. Dobrze skomunikowane miejsce: w każdą część wyspy łatwo dojechać.

Powinno być trochę więcej działających żarówek :) Nieco zbyt ciemno w części mieszkania, może latem to nie przeszkadza ale my byliśmy w lutym. Brak było koca lub pledu żeby przykryć się w chłodniejsze noce
