The styling of the place is immaculate, the staff is extremely helpful, both the bed and the shower are very comfortable and the breakfast is also really good. The first day we even got a nice breakfast to go when we had to get up early to go to Torres del Paine. We also went to the hotel bar pretty much every night, where the best cocktails are served and where you are accompanied by the cute dogs of the owners that hang around the hotel lobby all day. If you’re going to Puerto Natales, this is where you should stay.

The room was middling in size. For a person on their own it was okay. With a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a walk in shower, nice toiletries. And a nice seating area under cover outside the room. The main areas of the hotel were across a courtyard.
A pillow menu would be nice and larger bath towels.
Early morning having breakfast I found the place to be cold and had to eat with my fleece and coat on.
