The staff is super friendly and always went the extra mile for us. It also just happened that I had my birthday during the stay here and the staff surprised me with a cake and singing. We really enjoyed the stay.
We had a problem with WiFi connectivity, the staff told us there was some maintenance going on at the time so I don’t think that’s a permanent issue.

Willa była czysta i zadbana. Personel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Przemiła obsługa i cudowne miejsce. Blisko do plaży.

Huge villa
Big villa but poorly managed
Stayed 4 nights / 5 days at Bali Residence Villa Uluwatu. The villa is huge but that's the only good thing.
Airport pickup: Booked and confirmed via Booking chat for Denpasar airport, but nobody came at 1am. Had to take a taxi.
Kitchen: Almost unusable. No pots/pans, no knives, incomplete kitchen equipment and dirty.
TV & WiFi: TV doesn't work, so at night you get bored with no entertainment. WiFi is extremely poor, can't even watch YouTube. I asked 2 times to fix it, staff came but no improvement.
Breakfast: Very poor, tiny portions, almost no choices. One time, I requested 8 AM breakfast because our tour guide would pickup us at 9 AM but it wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff didn’t even know.
Afternoon tea: Included in my booking for 4 nights but never served once.
Cleaning: No daily cleaning, bedding not changed unless you ask.
Poor communication between staff and very poor amenities for the price. Not recommended.
