A nice cosy flat in good location, handy tram stop to get into city centre.

Cosy flat, good location, rooms were clean and tidy

Oven did not work and the baking trays inside the oven were dirty . The radiator in living room did not work and the radiator in the bedroom would not turn off. A piece of metal sheeting was loose and fell off the step leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.

5 / 10

Overall our stay was fine, the walls have no sound proofing and we had noisey neighbours.

Good location with parking and close to the sea front and tram network. Good range of cooking equiptment / fridge, everything we needed for a two night stay.

Some of the the furniture needed replacing (one of the dining stools was wobbly, the bathroom sink was cracked and the sofa bed mattress was well used. The walls also needed re-painting as there was missing paint and mould in places.

Very quiet. Everything we needed for shirt break

Few issues but dealt with. Nothing major

I liked the layout of the apartment, very cosy and really handy with the parking right next to the garden which was a easy access. The tram was around the corner which was handy.

The double bed felt a little damp
