After three days I still needed my GPS to find the farm, but probably because it was accessible from so many different directions, It was a little home - nice size kitchen, desk for computer work, chairs on veranda, and a really comfortable bed with an amazing quilt. Colours were bright and cheerful, and the views onto the garden, green pastures and resident sheep were amazing - then the sunsets. I found it easy to explore up and down the coast from here without having to work my way through heavy city traffic.
My sense of direction! No, seriously, there was nothing not to like. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to close to Christchurch airport and the city, but still in the country.

Perfect location on way home from Christchurch. Peaceful and easy access from motorway.
Had to reboot kettle when boiling as it clicked off . Not the end of the world!

David was very friendly and approachable - answered any questions.
Shared some lovely fresh farm vegetables and fruit.
1. Shower was either extremely hot or ice cold.
If we did manage to get warm water, it was very short lived and we were caught midway in ice cold water!
