Nicky the owner is a cheat and place is filthy

Location

I emailed and confirmed my arrival at 3 pm with host named “Nicky”. I reconfirmed arrival at 3 pm again a day before. Upon arrival at 3 pm, the key holder called me that the place is no ready and come at 4 pm. At 4 pm, the key holder asked me to store my luggage and wait for another hour outside as the place is not cleaned yet. After traveling for 12 hours we were tired and did not expect this buls…t of the Nicky B&B. Cleaner arrived just before 5 to clean and we were asked to wait outside. We did and finally got in after 5 pm. The named owner”Micky” didn't even bother to apologise or respond to my email at the spur of the moment for her cheat in response to my email via booking.com. Such a horrific Nicky and avoid this Stinky at any price. Door locks broken, toilet floor filthy and so on. Well done Nicky for cheating 😦

Sujo e despreparado

Inclusivamente tinha mosquitos.

Good

The point of the apartment is near the centre of Brussels.

The apartment is not like the photos.we ask for a pot because it doesn't have the kitchen and they said to us that the kitchen have so noone came to give us a pot. The kitchen is dirty and dasent have the facilities that a family wants to cook. Also all the evening have a lot of noise outside of the apartment .

The apartment was very spacious and very centrally located which was great. I was surprised to have not only a big bedroom and a kitchen but also a living room.

It was rather simple, the building is also old and is in need of some renovation. But it was fairly priced and a very good value for money so no complaints.
