We really had a great time in Boulder! We like to walk and found this property perfectly located from Pearl Street (4 - 5 blocks to the shops). College is a bit further, but only a few minutes to drive. The house is really charming and comfortable (super cute!!!). Primary bed with an en-suite 3/4 bath, and the laundry (I liked the laundry location, but probably not ideal if you have more than one family in the home at once) on the main level. Half bath, kitchen (well prepared with all the basic utensils and cooking supplies, but plan for a grocery stop for your food needs), dining (easily seats 6 at the table and a couple at the kitchen bar) and living also on the main. There is an additional room where someone could put a blow up mattress or something on the main - we didn’t use that room. Spent a lot of time on the back patio - it was really lovely and private. Upstairs there are twins beds open to the stairway. A separate twin in a simple room with a curtain-door. The main room upstairs has a queen bed (maybe a king) and en-suite bath. The house worked well for our fam of 6 people. Parking - we parked by the garage off the alley - plenty of room for a vehicle or maybe two. There wasn’t room on the street while we were there, but we only used the back door so it was fine. Bathrooms were stocked with the necessities too - much appreciated! Thanks for a nice stay - we hope to return soon!
