The view was amazing bed was so comfy and the bath was amazing
The Tv wasn’t working the screen had lines all through it so we just turned it off

Most importantly, I found the meal selection and presentation for dinner was amazing. Not so much at breakfast as there was no porridge or bircher option. The chef's at dinner, Kat and Paul were exceptional!
Some of the shared areas like the lifts and corridors could have been maintained better as some floor surfaces were sticky or carpets had not been vacuumed on my level. But overall presentation was very good.

location was good
Booking.com advertised a sauna which was main reason we went there and they only had a spa and steam room - not the same thing ! Beds were very soft and only one pillow each.
