This is my 4th year staying at ODST Madinah, and honestly, I enjoyed my stay this year more than ever! The hotel is very clean, with facilities available 24/7. Cleaners are available on every floor, and drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, and other essentials are provided whenever needed.
There are plenty of restaurants all around, especially Pakistani restaurants, shawarma, broast, and fast-food places. The hotel has three exits, including one directly onto the main road, which is very convenient for guests arriving by private vehicle..
Special thanks to Mr. Khalid for his humble nature, friendliness, and genuine care for guests. The reception staff are also very kind and helpful.
The only downside is the lifts, which stop at almost every floor, causing unnecessary delays, especially during Salah time. I hope management will look into improving the lift synchronization.
Overall, a wonderful experience! I hope the hotel continues providing the same excellent service while maintaining reasonable prices. Thank you to the entire ODST Madinah management, especially Mr. Khalid! ❤️
The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the Mövenpick Hotel and directly opposite Gate 328 of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient to reach the Haram within minutes.

Neat & Clean

Very clean and neat rooms and the location. Near to haram gate 328
Inside the room mobile network was not working and their WIFI network speed was not good overall
6 / 10Average·Apr 2026
Very modern rooms, efficient lifts, and a convenient location.
The rooms were extremely small and felt overcrowded, as rooms suitable for two or three people had been converted into cramped quadruple rooms. There was no adequate space to pray inside the room. The reception staff were also unhelpful and at times rude, with several calls and messages going unanswered.
