Just about as perfect a stay as oned could wish for.

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to shops & restaurants & the coast line. And perfect distance from the city & the Turquoise Coast. We did visit during winter & the location was quiet. The laundry facilities were welcomed.

There was a leak at the base of the shower which resulted in water on the bathroom floor. It required a constant drying of towels.

Fabulous and convenient

I loved the location, the beach up the road, beautiful restaurant out the back as well as the convenience of a supermarket, bakery, chemist, gym, and everything else sooo goood

The lights kept flickering in the bedroom which tell me a problem with the circuit the lights are on or a loose wire or something.

Poor communication and non existent help or support from Let Go Perth.

Good location.

On arrival at Orange First apartment, managed by Let Go Short term Rentals,Perth we realised that the bar fridge provided was smelly, warm and very noisy. We turned the fridge up overnight but it remained warm. We reported the fridge promptly to Let Go in the morning after all of our food had to be thrown out. Let Go sent numerous messages asking us to troubleshoot the broken fridge. Nobody from Let Go helped us or attended our unit to provide a temporary fridge. We had to buy ice and esky for 4 nights until a fridge was delivered. We were accused by Let Go staff of not leaving out a key for the delivery. After several requests to Let Go for a refund of a nights accommodation, the refund was only provided 8 days after a formal complaint to Booking.com. Non Provision of basics in the apartment, eg. 1 spare toilet roll for a 6 night stay, rusted iron and ironing board, and a leaking shower were other issues.
