We had such a wonderful stay at Sand in My Shoes. The whole place feels welcoming and relaxed, with beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean rooms, a lovely pool and a lush tropical garden.
The staff were warm, attentive and personal in their approach. We were travelling with our baby, and they kindly moved us to a room closer to the restaurant and beach so we could use our baby monitor. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable.
The à la carte food was delicious. Breakfast was good too, although a little basic. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh beach towels provided daily.
We stayed just after high season and practically had the entire resort and beach to ourselves. The little town is also only a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore while enjoying the peace of the resort.

Gorgeous place right on the beach and a short walk to other restaurants and shops. Room was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was awesome
Lots of sandflies but that wasn’t the fault of the accommodation…just being spray with you.

Everything ! It was a wonderful and special stay ! Staff so helpful , rooms fantastic, beach is glorious and breakfast delightful . Fans in the bar and restaurant very welcome too
