Starting with the highly customer-focused manager, Mr Werner van Niekerk, every member of staff we dealt with was super helpful and a delight to deal with. The hotel is charming, with a lovely ambience that is embracing. The room was spotless, the restaurant was amazing with excellent food quality and variety of choice. Staying there was a very rewarding experience. We would love to be able to visit again.

Had the best lamb curry ever.

The hotel has a museum depicting the history of the area, which is fascinating for people interested in history. The formal lounge in the hotel, also documents a lot of the history.
The food in the restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommended to all travelers.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
