We loved just about everything! The hotel is a very fun boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning! The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. You could even get omelets made to order. The bread was warm and fresh. The front desk staff were all delightful and helpful. We were even able to store our bags from 9 am the day we checked in. They were stored in a locked storage closet which we really appreciated. About a 5 minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes to the market square. Highly recommend this hotel

A really cosy room, plenty of space, very friendly staff and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.
Some of the infrastructure is getting a bit long in the tooth. The electrical installations (switches), in particular, have suffered a bit. But in its defence, it must be said that it is a historic building and it is difficult to keep everything in good working order.

The room was beatiful, comfortable, and well equiped. A truly unique hotel, it is very fun navigating the hallways and admiring the charm. Breakfast is delicous, and the staff is extremely friendly. Location is incredible, minutes from the train station and a short walk to anything in Haarlem you'd want to see.
Not much - the full glass shower got a laugh out of us, and may make some travelling pairs uncomfortable. Otherwise, top tier
