Для Израиля очень неплохо. Хороший душ, кондиционер, стиральная машина и большой холодильник. Отзывчивый хозяин. Отличное расположение. 100 метров от пляжа. Рядом магазины. Остановки автобусов и трамвая 3-5 минут пешком.
Не очень новый дом и не очень чистый внутренний двор, но сама квартира чистая, на 2 этаже.
Есть шум с улицы, но не больше чем везде в Израиле.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – blisko plaży, sklepów, marketów oraz komunikacji miejskiej. Wszystko pod ręką, co mocno ułatwia pobyt.
Jedyny minus to dość głośna klimatyzacja podczas pracy – czasem coś w niej hałasowało.

Близость к морю, удобная транспортная доступность. Есть вся необходимая посуда на кухне. Фрукты - овощи рядом на рынке + магазины.
Окна квартиры выходят на перекрёсток,немного шумновато.
