The staff was excellent and made the difference, while the facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and location met expectations. We arrived by boat, which was convenient for the location. The beds were comfortably sized, and the value was okay.
The WiFi was not functioning, difficult to connect to, and unreliable when it worked.

No hand wash facility.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of only 2 "hotels" on Pramuka Island. Overall good value considering the price. A good experience.
Cafe is actually a warung out the front. Limited food options. Great for buying ice and cold drinks.
