Property was very clean and both inside and outside was very spacious. All essentials provided like shower towels, pool towels, 3in1 hair/body wash in showers and hand soap which is ideal when travelling light. No issues getting taxis to the property. Both Lidl and Aldi are approx 10min walk. Taxi to Nerja centre approx €7. Air-conditioning in all rooms bar one room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 hairdryers between main house and separate basement apt (separate access to 2 bed apartment) lovely views from property.
These were not negatives for us but the pool liner was lifting on the steps into the pool and outside could do with a general freshen up including the sunbeds. One room in main house did not have aircon. These are just a few areas that could be improved but these did not impact negatively whatsoever on our stay. We found it great value for money and enjoyed our time at the property. We would return again..

Spacious and very clean. Well equipped kitchen . Gorgeous pool. Stunning views. Comfortable bedrooms. Table tennis table good addition. Nice bbq area .
Sunbeds couldn’t be adjusted and really needs more comfortable seating outside. Walk into town quite taxing as up hill .

Good location
Very reasonable price but you get what you pay for
Picture shown on your site is deceiving, especially of the pool, which was clean and usable but very stained making it look very dirty. The liner is coming away especially on the steps. Sun beds are very tired, as indeed is the whole property. I think it needs a thorough deep clean. Also, we had problems every day with taxis unable to find address (Calle Romeral Bajo is needed)
Would have been good to have beach towels provided and a few very basics like salt and pepper

Lovely home that gives multiple families room to enjoy their stay. The pool is lovely amenity. Most of the house is air conditioned.
One bedroom has NO AIR-CONDITIONING 🥵 Two of the bedrooms are in a separate downstairs apartment which is only accessible OUTSIDE staircase. They do have a terrible problem with ants! There are no food storage containers and a very small refrigerator.

"Lovely spacious villa. Requires car or taxi to get to balcon but all very reasonably priced. Really good value for money. Had a lovely 10 night stay and will definitely return."
