The location is very good - peaceful in a lovely bushveld setting, yet nearby the main road. The breakfast was excellent. Staff helped by putting our foodstuff overnight in the guesthouse's refridgerator and freezer.
There was no kettle for coffee or tea. The pillows were uncomfortable - hard with too much stuffing. No refridgeration facilities in rooms. Grateful that the staff helped us out with the guesthouse's fridge & freezer.

No AC, only an overhead fan

The location was quite good, as it provided a convenient overnight stop between Epupa Falls and Windhoek. On the way to Windhoek, we also visited the cheetah conservation center. There are two pools at the lodge, which we enjoyed. The meals were decent. There is a waterhole outside the dining area, and antelopes come to drink during dinner—it’s a beautiful and special sight. The staff was courteous. The parking is right next to the room. The Wi-Fi is good.
The room we were given was cramped. The bathroom facilities were broken, though they did fix them for us. The room door wobbles in the wind, even when closed. The place has greater potential than is currently being realized; with a little effort, it could undergo a significant upgrade.

The place is really good but I think the concept is more for tourist and does not really cater for all types of people
The rooms need air conditionings because it is VERY HOT. The rooms are not very child friendly (wash basin is too high up and kids cannot brush teeth) although I was not with my kids I just made the observation.
