Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Turin : nous avons pu aller partout à pied ! L'appartement est calme et spacieux, pourvu de très nombreux rangements, dont un dressing avec le lave-linge, très fonctionnel. L'immeuble est très bien sécurisé. Une belle salle d'eau aussi avec toujours pas mal de rangement et de patères ou barres pour mettre serviettes et vêtements, très pratique. L'appartement donne sur une cour avec des balcons et terrasses végétalisés, c'est bien agréable. Matteo est très attentionné avec ses hôtes et s'assure que tout va bien
Batterie de cuisine un peu juste à notre goût. Nous en avons parlé avec Matteo qui nous a assuré qu'il allait la compléter et je lui fait confiance pour ça.

Отличное расположение на пешеходной улице. Рядом магазины и кафе, до королевского дворца 10 минут пешком. Хорошо оборудованные апартаменты. Очень подробные инструкции по заселению и отъезду от хозяина. Машину ставили в гараж в двух кварталах от апартаментов.
Кровать расположена на подиуме, видимо по этому спать было не много душно. Кондиционер не справлялся. Рекомендую добавить вентилятор для воздухообмена. В ванной не было шампуня и геля для душа.

It was large and spacious and comfortable in a great location .. with a spacious laundry and a pretty balcony.
The microwave wasn’t working so I had to use the oven
There wasn’t any washing powder and washing up liquid.. it was not a problem for me because I was there for 25 days so I bought them but it may be a good idea to provide them.. and salt and pepper 😂.. The kitchen was lovely but it had lots of plates but only one small frying pan and one saucepan.. Having said this it’s a really nice and comfortable apartment.. these are just suggestions 😊

it is a central area with lots of shopping opportunities and food.
several main issues are as follows:
1. the matrees was too soft to the level that it was completely discomfort and un ease. I told that to the owner but he said that it cost EUR2000 and it is the best mattress.
2. The apartment was too cold for my wife, and I tried to operate the AC in addition to the heaters that not all worked in the first place. I told it to the owner and he replied that the AC is only for the summer and that the regulations do not allow to go beyond 23 degrees. I kept telling him that it didn't matter because my wife was cold!
3. At our last day, the taxi to the airport was set to 12:30 by the owner. At 10:00 AM he arrived (this was the first time we physically met) with a group of handymen and start work on correcting, to my opinion, the AC . I think that he should have brough us electrical spiral heater or other means of heat if the AC was not supposed to work, and also that we should have know that in advance. However, the fact that they wer trying to fix the AC imply that it was supposed to be working. Also, why he have not coordinated with me or even ask me if he can arrive to the apartment at this time and not at 12:30 when we were supposed to leave? this was a complete chock to us and lucky thayt we were finalized our packing and morning arramgements.
