A beautiful facility with top-notch customer service. Landscaping was serene. Breakfast buffet was very impressive. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
The air in the room was very musty/moldy smelling.
The water heater was only lukewarm.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting; staff are so welcoming, helpful and hospitable; the location is ideally located to be quiet but close enough to get into the coty very quickly; the khmer massage in the spa was amazing; the pool is so relaxing and open till late; complementary cocktails; complementary tuktuk into town; very comfortable bed; excellent room service; complementary fruits in the room.
Only very occasionally was there a mild damp smell but it rained very heavily one night and the setting is similar to a jungle; one night the air conditioning took some time to start working, but these were honestly such minor things in the context of an incredible stay.

The breakfast was excellent.
I accidentally broke a shampoo bottle in my room. I tried to pay for the full cost, but they gave me a discount.

Great place with plenty of space for a family with a child, good facilities and attentive staff.
Unfortunately the ground floor family studio had a constant mildews smell and a terrible old airconditioning system poaitiond directly against the beds which ruined our otherwise good inpressions.
