The location. The view
The tv kept playing up, a/c wasn’t working. The shower drainage hole kept coming off however I do understand that there are renovations happening

Comfortable rooms next to the lake. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere and 5 minute drive to beach.
The hotel is being renovated so not very anesthetic atm. That will change though andbi suspect it will be excellent when completed.

Due to lake there were moths all over my room

Room was ok, view was good
Very run down, renovations are happening, but no one working on it at all, website has no notifications letting people know its happening so first look and you think its completely closed.
