Friendly staff, clean, roomy, and close to buses, and great bar and bistro down stairs

Staff were amazing including security. Very friendly and helpful. Even the staff in the gaming room were fantastic cheering me on for a win. Short trip to the city and docks without the big price of a city hotel. Thank you guys. We’ll be back
Didn’t like the smoking in the gaming room but that’s NSW legislation

Have stayed several times before. Convenient for getting to Sydney airport.

Location close to airport. Parking is free.
Bad neighbourhood, almost scary, especially if arriving at night. Located above a casino. Very basic, dated hotel. "5 dollars for a room" vibe. Expect that it costs 170 dollars.... price/quality ratio is terrible.
