The room and the sea view were absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurants and kids’ activities were so enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience was more than perfect! Highly recommended!

We’ve been staying at the hotel many times as a family with kids and without , the stuff extremely helpful starting from the reception and room service , swimming pool and spa ! The location is great and only 1,5 hours from Dubai ( we live in Dubai) , good benefit a small fruit market just few minutes away by car from the hotel ( walking distance , we saw many guests just walking there)
The house keeping need to improve their skills a bit arranging the room after previous guest and properly cleaning the utilities provided

Beautiful decorations and very friendly and professional staff. A comfy bed, a large room, a large pool, and nearby fruit shops in Dibba.
The beach has lots of stones, and you need to wear beach shoes. The food has not many varieties, especially for breakfast and dinner; my expectations are much higher considering this 5-star hotel

The location is amazing and the beach is top and the food was incredible
The building is very abandoned and not taken proper care of, which is a shame because it has great potential. The staff seemed not very much in the mood to be there or provide service of any kind. Not that they were rude at all but just a bit not in the mood
