Stable Cottage was home from home. Everything you needed to have a great 😊 holiday. The host Maureen was very welcoming and the family we were told of different places to visit she had a beautiful garden that we could look round.

The cottage is situated in a corner of the owners property with ample parking space and comfortable garden furniture in the courtyard.
We were offered the use of the owners lovely garden , which had additional seating in nice shady areas, surrounded by a rainbow of colour provided by the flowers and shrubs.
The accommodation was well equipped and very clean and there was a generous welcome package comprising bread, milk, butter, fresh farm eggs ( from owners own hens) cookies and crisps
TV with free view channel, books and DVDs also provide and there were plenty tourist leaflets on hand to help us plan our days
All of the above made for a very nice stay, however, meeting Maureen who lives in the bungalow on site added to our enjoyment. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, recommended pubs and restaurants in the local area and places to visit.
Gary (owner ) check in a couple of time to ensure everything was OK
The wi fi signal is not very strong. Unable to stream or download videos but sufficient enough to check weather app and web sites for the places we wanted to visit.
This did not detract from the overall stay
