Housekeeping is very good
Reception staff are helpful
Staff and service are good overall
The bathroom door doesn't work properly
The room is very small, with not even enough space to pray
The hotel isn't very close to the Haram, so you need a taxi, and taxis are a bit expensive
We paid for 3 guests in a triple room, but breakfast is given for only 2

The staff was helpful, the receptionist guy Muhammad Allahyani was really friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfy.
The gym was closed for maintenance during my stay unfortunately.
