The suite was large with plenty of space to spread out. The elevator was handy with large bags. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The location was convenient too many areas we wanted to visit nearby.
There were many small things that were additional charges like pool towels. That was a bit frustrating when you were already paying for the hotel facilities. There were ants in our room.

"All the staff were super friendly and especially Lucrezia who welcomed us on the first day and loved chatting to us in English and adviced us with our days out.
Our room was clean, modern and the bed ..."
