Excellent kitchen facilities. Excellent heating facilities including heat pump and electric heater. Plenty of pillows, cushions etc and two excellent lounge chairs. Very clean and well laid out. Hosts were friendly, talkative and helpful.
The only down point was not having a dining chair in which to sit and eat a meal. There was no proper dining table either - but with a dining chair (the lounge chairs being too low) it would have been possible to sit at a slim set of drawers beside the door and use it's top for a dining table.

Always my first choice when I need accomodation in Christchurch. Excellent location. Quiet. Always spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

Very good shower pressure
The spring mattress is not easy on the body. Not used to the old school mattress anymore.

Lovely comfortable wee place
I feel the heating was not as good as could have been. Felt it was a bit cold
