Beds were very comfy.
Shower was nice and powerful.
Room was a bit tired. A lot of bleach stains on the carpet and the bathroom tiles were broken with bedded in grime/dirt/mould.

Clean and fresh looking. New carpets. Everything worked. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board. Free parking. Convenient location. Excellent quality breakfast ingredients and juices.
Double bed not king size. Plenty of space for a larger bed. Hand soap and shower gel in large cheap-looking containers. Very disappointing breakfast - over-priced experience, bitter coffee, one of us had a small plate as the large ones were in the dishwasher, tap on milk urn was falling off, ordered fruit salad bowl but it didn’t arrive, one of us had a fried egg which had been overcooked with a broken yolk, the croissants ran out and weren’t replaced, it felt like the manager hadn’t turned up and the chef was off sick.

It was a bed for the night
The room could have been cleaner, a lot of dust near the door. The bed was small. If you have two people booked in, why only leave one biscuit

Room was good, large, well equipped and good bathroom.
Breakfast very disappointing, bitter tepid coffee, low quality ingredients for cooked breakfast parts of which were undercooked.

"The room was very clean, the surroundings were beautiful, we were sat in our room watching Blue Tit parent & fledglings in the trees outside our window, lovely walks surrounding the hotel.
Our bet ..."
