If you’re looking for a calm and cosy place to spend your holidays, Le Gîte du Bonheur is the place to be!
The host, Robin, is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, neat, and well maintained. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and rustic charm of the place.
The self-service breakfast and kitchen facilities add to the lovely, homely atmosphere, and the swimming pool is well maintained too.
My advice? Be prepared to extend your stay, because once you experience the tranquillity and charm of this place, you’ll find it very difficult to leave and return to your daily routine! 😄

Location a bit far from things without a car, I had trouble locating kitchen utensils (label cupboards/drawers?)

location was already. check in was efficient. gym is well equipped. hot water was good and air con works well.
there is absolutely no amenities in the room, not even the basic..! no kettle, not a single cup or glass.. a room with two small windows looking into a wall less than half a meter away is not how i want to wake up to in Mauritius..
