The host was kind, quick to respond, and helpful. The place is cozy and warm (very important for long, rainy winter days). The building is safe, and it's easy to find and access. Double windows protect the bedroom from city noise, making it a great option for light sleepers like myself.
Unfortunately, there was a persistent leak in the kitchen that left water on the floor. It’s starting to damage the cabinets, which is a pity because the apartment is really lovely.
Also, there is no grocery store nearby to buy water (there was supposed to be a minimarket in the building, but it no longer exists), which is a bit of a hassle.
