We liked the set up of the camp. There was an outdoor sitting area, beautiful restaurant on the property, and an area with a fire in the middle with seating where you could drink tea/coffee and relax. You could also explore the rocks and there was a great spot above to watch the sunset. It was about 20 minutes from Petra which was nice while giving the feeling of camping in the desert. Staff were super friendly! Comfortable lodging 😊
You had to pay for both breakfast and dinner, whereas other hotels will include at least breakfast.

The staff and “owning family” that worked there were brilliant and welcoming, the location was unreal and perfect for a nice couple hours wander to little Petra, as well as for the shuttle to the “back door” of Petra which was really well recommended by the Egyptian man at the reception who did almost everything (and we were very appreciative for this!!).
The property itself was incredibly gorgeous and you could tell they really take care of it- it was really beautifully done.
The room was very clean with a nice bathroom.
WiFi was only in the communal area, which didn’t cause a problem at all (meant we spent more time out of bed!), but there was great signal around if you NEEDED to use your phone in your room.
Breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful— dinner particularly was a standout, as well as the tea after!
The MOST minor thing, really wished the windows could have been a bit larger.

Location near Little Petra and the (not free) shuttle is good. Creatively built area within a small valley of rock formations.
The "luxury" tent was anything but. Mosquito filled. We told the staff after the first night and they insisted they would address it but we know they did not service the room as expected since a carefully placed candy wrapper was not removed from the floor at the entrance. The tent was very small and poorly finished with broken furniture, inoperable light fixtures, and unpleasant smelling bathroom. Hopefully there is no dengue in Jordan because we counted no less than 20 bites for each of us after two nights. The appearance of a bedouin camp is quickly disproven by the help from a variety of countries who appear to operate under near slave-like conditions. This is not a happy camp for happy campers. The dinner (15 JD) was decent and breakfast (7JD) was okay although we felt bad waking up the overworked underage staff to make it for us.
