Classy hotel! Lovely rooms, great bathroom and shower. Excellent reception. Fabulous pool and sauna - empty when we were there early evening. Reasonable value. Loved our stay. We also liked Bishkek a lot more than we expected.
The bar was hopeless - terrible service. They took ages to make one cocktail and said the other wasn’t available, but only after 20 minutes of waiting. She then poured a 75ml serving of white wine! Which obviously we challenged and she doubled it.

The room was nice and comfortable.
When we were trying to have a rest after a long flight, a man knocked on the door, then more or less pushed his way in. When I asked who he was and what he wanted, he said he was an "engineer" (he did not speak much English). He stayed for about five minutes, did something with the air-conditioner, opened the wardrobe several times and kept turning the lights on and off until finally he woke up my friend who was sleeping. I find this conduct unacceptable, especially in a hotel that calls itself 5 star.
I thought charging us the full 50% loading for early check-in at 11:00am was the opposite of generous, but I do understand that the hotel was within its rights to do it.
The breakfast looked great, however most 'hot' food was cold, used plates were not removed and cutlery was not replaced, so we had to raid other tables for it. The staff at breakfast were not particularly helpful.
Overall, the stay was fine, but one can do much better in Bishkek, especially in this price bracket.
